To echo John's own recent words in regards to my late father, I would like to say on his behalf "Goodbye John my old friend, Derek" and raise a glass of the finest to two real gentlemen. Rarely does a friendship and many an anecdote shared extend beyond eighty years and I'm sure both families are left much the worse for our shared losses. Here's to John and Derek!
